Blood Orange Cranberry
1. In a champagne glass, add ashwagandha, cranberry juice, and blood orange tea.
2. Garnish with mint leaf and enjoy!
Chamomile Nightcap
3 oz Almond Milk
Mistletoe Cocktail
2 oz Pomegranate Seeds
2 oz Pomegranate Juice
Sound Blueberry Sparkling Water
Garnish with Cinnamon Stick, Mint Sprig & Pomegranate Seeds
- Add pomegranate seeds at the bottom of the glass.
- Top with crushed ice.
- Layer pomegranate juice then blueberry sparkling water.
- Garnish with cinnamon, mint, and pomegranate, and enjoy!
Rosemary Mule
1. In a copper mug, add in rosemary extract, lime juice and Sound Ginger tea.
2. Stir until combined.
3. Garnish with lime and rosemary.
Rose Mojito
6 Mint Leaves⅓ oz Rhodiola tincture
½ oz Rose Infused Honey Syrup*
1 oz Lime Juice
Sound Rose Tea
Garnish with Mint Sprig & Lime Wedge
- In serving glass, muddle together mint leaves, rhodiola, rose infused honey syrup, and lime juice until combined.
- Fill glass with ice
- Add Sound Rose Tea
- Stir mixture
- Garnish with mint sprig and lime wedge
- Enjoy!
Rose Infused Honey Syrup*
- In a saucepan, add a 4:4:1 ratio of honey, water, and dried rose petals.
- Lightly simmer mixture for 10 minutes.
- Set aside to cool.
- Strain syrup into a container.
- Store in the fridge for up to 10 days.

10 Blueberries
6 Basil Leaves
⅓ oz CBD
½ oz Coconut Sugar
